Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have up to 7 days after tracking shows your item was delivered to request a return. Scroll down for final sale policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please package your item with the same care in which it was sent to you, folded neatly and with the original receipt or packing slip to ensure a proper refund. If your order does not contain your original receipt, we will be unable to process your return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
SWUUN reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in salable condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted- they will be shipped back to you and a reshipping fee will be charged.
To start a return, log in to your account using the email address you provided when placing your order. A passcode will be automatically emailed to you. Locate your order and submit a return request. You will receive an email with follow up instructions.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return labels cost $10.00, and this fee will be automatically deducted from your refund. We cannot accept returns without a SWUUN return label.
PLEASE NOTE: Labels have an expiration date of 72 hours from when they are sent to you. If you are outside your return window, your label will not work and you will be unable to return your items. Please be sure to return your items in a timely manner.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items discounted more than 10% are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned. This policy applies to all discounted products, whether the discount is applied through price adjustments, coupon codes, or other promotions. Please check sizing and product measurements carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges
At this time, SWUUN does not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
